We are truly living in unique times. Based on the Coronavirus pandemic, we have added the following protocols in accordance with the provincial guidelines at our physical retail stores:
Sanitization of high-contact points every 30 minutes.
Social distancing markers on the store floor as well as exterior wait lines.
Restricting the amount of customers in the store at once.
Installing safety barriers between staff and customers.
Remind customers to be diligent in social distancing.
Due to increasing wait times at store level, we have soft-launched our website early.
You will not be able to complete the order on the website – this is essentially acting as a product catalogue. Please go to an Indigenous Bloom retail store to receive and pay for products.
We strongly encourage you to view products online, add them to your shopping cart, and show that shopping cart to reception or front counter staff to help them assist you in receiving and paying for your product in the most efficient and hassle-free manner possible. We cannot guarantee inventory of specific products. We are doing our best to keep all Indigenous Bloom retail stores stocked with all products and we will have a staff member that can assist you with checking specific inventory levels.
